Who is responsible?
BisFox is responsible for personal data processed through the website and BisFox application. BisFox is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 90372174.

- Communications, support requests and preferences.
- Subscription, billing and usage information.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to register accounts, provide the service, offer support, protect security and meet legal obligations. Our bases are performance of the agreement, legal obligations, consent and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and product improvement.
Sharing, retention and security
We only share data with selected providers when needed for hosting, email, authentication, storage or support. We do not sell personal data. Data is retained only as long as needed or legally required, and protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Statutory retention duties may limit a request. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
