Subscription and trial
Features and limits follow the selected plan. Essential, Plus and Professional may receive one trial; Premium requires manual activation and has no free trial. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Use BisFox only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not bypass security, plan limits or access controls.
- Do not upload malware or data you are not entitled to process.
- Grant users only the access needed for their work.
Service, data and ownership
We aim to provide a reliable service and may perform maintenance and improve features. You retain rights to your data and remain responsible for its accuracy, legality and appropriate backups. BisFox and its licensors retain all rights to the software and documentation.
Liability and termination
BisFox does not replace professional tax, legal or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss and the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness. Dutch law applies.
